We were stuck with rooms on different floors, and I spent the entire stay running back and forth between our two rooms.
The hotel didn't hold adjacent rooms for our family (after national reservations told us we should be able to get connecting rooms, which this location doesn't have, or at least adjacent rooms). Nice extended stay rooms and public areas (pool currently closed). This hotel will eventually be a good choice for travelers looking for an extended stay hotel for one or two people, but I can't recommend it right now, as they are terribly understaffed, with a "911 team" of employees sent in from another location working long days trying to set things right. I do not want lights in my face when I’m trying to sleep.… And that bathroom set up - just irritated me greatly. I’m always pretty forgiving on hotel reviews but the issue with the bedskirt was gross enough that it docked points. My husband didn’t sleep well - afraid he’d touch it. Our sheets hung over on it and it would have touched your legs if you were sitting on the bed. The other issue was a very troublesome liquid “stuff” high on the bedskirt… I maybe should have taken a picture but I don’t think I would have. It was bizarre enough that I wouldn’t want to stay here again unless we’re all getting up at the same time.
Whoever gets up to shower and get ready first will wake up everyone in the two beds with the lights. The bathroom sink and mirror are located in the bedroom with no door to shut. The bedroom and bathroom area is a poor design.
The sitting and kitchen areas are a nice set up. The rooms have been stripped of all kitchen amenities due to COVID so we had to go back to the lobby to get mugs. We didn’t arrive until 10 PM and check in took less than 10 minutes. We stayed here to be closer to the airport for our early flight the next day.
